This project highlights a custom spray foam rig built specifically for one of our customers, designed around their unique business requirements and application needs. Unlike stock rigs, which follow a standardized layout, this custom build required careful planning, collaboration, and precision engineering to deliver a one-of-a-kind solution.
From the start, we worked closely with the customer to identify the right proportioner, generator, air compressor, and hose management system to match their production goals. The rig was then laid out with optimized workflow in mind, ensuring that equipment was not only properly installed but also positioned for maximum efficiency, accessibility, and safety.
Every detail of this build, from weight distribution to finishing touches was handled with precision to deliver a turnkey rig that reflected the customer’s exact specifications.
