ABOUT ME

I’m Joshua Keehn, a South Carolina–based Applications Designer, Full Stack Web Developer, and Production Manager with a focus on custom applications and eCommerce solutions for the spray foam and insulation industry. My career has always lived at the intersection of hands-on operations and digital technology—bridging the world of rigs, suppliers, and production floors with the world of code, applications, and streamlined systems.

What makes me different is the path I’ve taken. I didn’t just study technology; I lived the day-to-day challenges of the spray foam industry. I built rigs, trained technicians, worked directly with customers, and managed the moving parts of production before I ever wrote my first full-stack app. That combination has shaped how I approach problems: practical, user-focused, and always aiming to make systems simpler and stronger.

  • Specialized Knowledge:My dual background as both a Production Manager and Technician in the spray foam industry has equipped me with a unique set of skills and insight, setting me apart from others in IT. Building rigs and training others in their use gave me the perspective to design solutions that are both technical and practical.
  • Customer Relations: I’ve worked directly with customers, listening to their needs and frustrations, then turning that into applications or rig solutions that genuinely improve their workflow.
  • Team collaboration: To me, collaboration is about more than just dividing tasks, it’s about bridging multiple worlds. My ability to translate between technicians, sales teams, suppliers, and developers allows projects to move smoothly.
  • Process & SOP Development: I create clear, standardized systems that become the backbone of efficiency, quality, and safety across teams.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: I enjoy diagnosing technical issues and turning them into lasting improvements that reduce downtime and cut costs.
  • Supplier & Purchasing Coordination: I’ve built strong supplier relationships, managed inventory and kept production moving even when resources are tight.
  • Loyalty and Drive: I’m deeply committed to my craft and to the growth of the companies I serve. Whether it’s exploring new revenue streams in eCommerce or pushing for higher efficiency in production, I bring both passion and persistence to the table.
  • Innovation: I thrive on generating fresh ideas, solving challenges, and implementing solutions to improve productivity, profitability, and proactively address potential issues.
