The My Equipment Add-on extends the Category Tree Tables framework with personalization features. Where CTT focuses on structuring and displaying products in a clean, hierarchical format, My Equipment introduces the ability for users to customize the tree to their own needs.
By favoriting categories and individual products, users can create a curated view that hides everything else. This not only streamlines navigation but also saves selected products into their personal My Equipment list, which can be revisited anytime from their account. The result is a seamless blend of broad catalog organization and user-specific inventory management.
Favorite Categories & Products – Quickly mark entire categories or specific products as favorites.
Custom Tree Filtering – Toggle the My Equipment view to hide unfavorited items, leaving only what’s relevant.
Personal Equipment List – Favorited products are automatically stored in the user’s account under My Equipment.
Switchable Views – Users can move between the full category tree and their personalized version with a single click.
Integrated Design – Built directly into the Category Tree Tables interface for a consistent, familiar workflow.
