This project involved a full rebuild and refurbishment of a customer’s existing spray foam rig. Instead of starting from scratch, the goal was to take an older, worn-down rig and bring it back to life. Upgrading its performance, reliability, and safety while extending its service life.
The process began with a comprehensive inspection, assessing the condition of the proportioner, compressor, generator, hoses, and electrical systems. From there, our team developed a step-by-step plan to address problem areas and modernize the rig’s layout.
The final product was a rig that looked and functioned like new, but at a fraction of the cost of a ground-up build. By blending restoration with strategic upgrades, we delivered a turnkey solution that gave the customer renewed confidence in their equipment and years of additional service life.
